Lions Breath (Samhasana) is guaranteed to relieve stress, enliven your senses, and if we’re lucky, make you laugh.

Practice

Stand tall and take a breath in.

Bend your knees as though you’re sitting on a chair (or this can be seated), and place the palms of your hands on the tops of your legs just above your knees.

Inhale
To exhale, open your mouth wide, stretch out your tongue, curling it down towards your chin and make an audible sound, “hhhaaaaaa.”

Repeat two more times.
