Practice

Breathe in.
Hold.
SMILE.
Breathe out.

This time count for 3 seconds as you breathe in, and exhale for 5. 

Inhale for 3, 2, 1 – SMILE.
Exhale for 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. 

Repeat.
